This is not ham, it's "Leberkäse", a southern German and Austrian kind of meat dish. It is roughly the same stuff as the meat filling in frankfurters, baked as a loaf. You usually eat a warm thick slice of it in a bread roll (with hot mustard), put thin slices of it (cold) on bread like sausage, or fry a slice in a pan and put a fried egg on top.
